What have we been doing?
Posted by Jason Montgomery | Filed under News
At the moment of writing this the drama team is rehearsing right in front of me. These rehearsals could only mean one thing… We hit the road soon! Lately we have spending lots of time in classes, rehearsing, and with family for the holidays. The last few weeks have been very relaxing, but we are ready to get going with what we know we are called to do this year. Come February we leave for our first tour of 2010 and hope not to stop till graduation day in August. We love you all and hope to see you soon!
Congratulations Josh and Laci!

Everyone say hello to Mesa Kinsley Paige Bredahl, born on Dec 2 at 4:39 in the morning; weighing in at 8 pounds, 2 ounces. Praise God- She was born 100% healthy and whole! She has been such a blessing to Josh and Laci and we are excited to take her on the road with us when the time comes. The bus is currently being renovated to accommodate a baby and private quarters for Josh, Laci, and Mesa. We are all so blessed to have the cutest baby ever traveling with us across the country
Dinner Theater 2009
Posted by Brandon Harrison | Filed under News

We just wanted to thank everybody who came to our annual dinner theater this past Thursday! We were so blessed by all of those who attended this event, and are even more blessed by those who donated and made financial commitments to our ministry! We raised $48,396! Praise God! On a side note, I want to apologize for the delay in this post, we haven’t had internet up here at Champion Ranch for the past week until yesterday
We pray you all have a blessed Thanksgiving!
Goodbye Mama D – We love you!
Posted by Brandon Harrison | Filed under News

Yesterday we had the opportunity to throw a goodbye party for our cook, Mama D, who spent her last day on staff with us. For the past four years, Mama D (Diane Comstock) has poured her life into cooking and serving us here at Go Ministries. She has been such a blessing to our ministry and we are so grateful, not just for all the delicious meals she’s cooked for us, but for the love and faithfulness she lived out on a day-to-day basis. It’s a big job to feed all of us and yet she never ceased to have a smile on her face. We are looking forward to the next season in her life and know that God will use her greatly!
God has provided supernatural provision for a new cook (hallelujah!) but the details definitely deserve a post all in it’s own. So, keep an eye out for the post within the next month!
Snowing and Bowling
Posted by Brandon Harrison | Filed under News

What’d you wake up to this morning? Well, we woke up to a good ‘ole fashion Minnesota surprise – snow!!! I’d say it is slightly early for snow, even for Minnesota, but nonetheless it has been very entertaining. Today all the home team is ripping up trees and all sorts of greenery, well, orangish-yellowie-greenerie to be exact. While the guys were busy working, the girls were having fun rolling and sliding in the mud – ok, so maybe they did work, they just weren’t at the time I was filming this (oops). In fact, the girls were playing a now Go Ministries classic, human bowling (started by the road team last year). We’re working today to clear out a nice big area at Champion Ranch that leads down to the horse barn and field. Once more snow arrives (which hopefully won’t be soon), I’m sure this new hill will quickly turn into a large sledding hill for all our red-necking needs… I mean, for all our responsible, safe, leisurely, winter sledding activities
And they’re off…

The road team left for their first tour late Sunday night! They are presently invading Dodge City, KS and for the next month will also be in Oklahoma, Tennessee, Missouri and Illinois. Make sure you check the calendar to see if they’ll be in your area! Also, I just wanted to let all of you know that we’ve been receiving your comments and have been passing on all the love and shout-outs to the interns. Above all, we are so appreciative for your prayers! Just to see all the comments from people all over the country interceding and praying for us is so encouraging and humbling. Words really can’t describe the gratefulness we have in our hearts for you. Never forget that as you partner with us, you share in all the credit for the lives that are being saved and touched day by day. In fact, one day you’ll be thanked by thousands you never even knew…
Open House!!!

We will be having our annual Go Ministries Open House, at Champion Ranch, on September 13th from 1 – 5pm. We encourage everyone to come meet the staff and interns, see the property and new facility additions, and to enjoy fellowship along with desserts and refreshments! If you don’t know your way to Champion Ranch, just drive north on Hwy 65 (approx 23 mi past Cambridge) and once you cross Fish Lake you’ll see black fencing and a big Champion Ranch sign on your left. If you’d like more specific directions, here is our address:
1819 Highway 65 Mora, MN 55051
We hope to see you here!
The New 2009-2010 Go Ministries Team
Posted by Brandon Harrison | Filed under News

The new 2009-2010 Go Ministries team just finished bootcamp this past Saturday! We’re already 2 days into classes, rehearsals and ministry and we can already see and sense the different gifts and anointing on this team. God called them and we’re so excited that they chose to answer the call. This won’t be the same Go Ministries you saw last year or in years previous. God has called us to go from glory to glory. As we rely on His Spirit, we will see new things and climb to new levels this year. Here is the team Scripture chosen by the 2009-2010 interns: “…so proclaim the Message with intensity; keep on your watch. Challenge, warn, and urge your people. Don’t ever quit.” – 2 Timothy 4:2 (MSG) This year we will proclaim the Message with intensity, challenging and urging people, across the globe, to suit up and invade.

Hey folks, i am currently writing this from in the studio. We have been here for 3 solid weeks banging drums and hunting for juicy guitar tones. We have had a blast so far and have caught a bunch of it on camera. So expect studio blog goodness soon. They are going to be full of gear for you gear-heads and funny moments for the rest of you. Studio Blog Episode 1

A long time ago, in a galaxy far far away… well, actually it was in Minnesota only 3 weeks ago, we finished recording our first song: Reach. We had a blast in the studio but missed Mike (rhythm guitar), Jordon (bass), and Rachel (background vocal), who all could not be there due to other commitments. We hammered the song out without them and just heard the mastered copy today. GOD IS GOOD, because it sounds amazing. Brian Powers is an anointed producer and we know you all will enjoy the sound of the next CD. So keep checking the blog page for more goodies.
Love,
Jason, Caleb & Stevie
