How Do I Apply?

Download an application by clicking on the banner at the bottom of this page. Once downloaded you will need to fill out the application and mail it to our office. Before mailing your application please check and complete the list below. If the list below has not been completed, the processing of your application will be delayed until we have received all the items from this list.

Your separate sheet of paper with the answers to the questions asked on page 4 of your application?

Your completed application(s) of interest (i.e. InMotion, Abandoned, The Crew, Office Intern, 5-Fold Academy, School of Theatrics, School of Art & Design)?

Your VHS tape or DVD of all the required skits/songs for your InMotion, Abandoned, and/or The School of Threatrics application(s)?

To sign the Intern Covenant found on page 11 and the Statement of Faith found on page 12?

To send your Minister's Recommendation out to be completed?

To send your Personal Recommendation out to be completed?

To send a copy of your sketch or monologue if applying for InMotion or School of Drama?
